The house features on the first floor: - a bedroom with 3 90-cm beds - a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet - a small living room On the first floor: - a spacious living area with a combined kitchen, living room, and dining room - a bedroom with a 160-bed / adjoining shower room and toilet - a bedroom with three 90-beds - a separate toilet - a laundry area On the second floor: - three bedrooms, each with a 160-bed - a bathroom with a shower and bathtub - a separate toilet - a game room with foosball, board games, and a lounge area Outside, an uncovered hot tub lets you enjoy a moment of relaxation in the open air. To preserve the peace and quiet of the property, parties and events are not permitted.
