"Our family of 17 people across three generations descended on the property for the first week of July 2025. The space suited us perfectly. There are enough washrooms to keep everybody happy. All in beautiful shape and clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of play space for the kids - inside and out. We had the use of two kitchens and dining areas. Very handy for our dinners.Great location for access to St-Malo, Cancale, Fougeres, Mont-St-Michel. Bayeux and the Normandy beaches are about an hour away....

"La maison est très bien située près d'Avranches et assez proche de la mer. L'hôte a été très disponible, réactive et prévenante (mettant même à disposition du mobilier et des jouets pour enfant).Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.L'intérieur du gîte est bien aménagé, il y a de la place. L'extérieur est très agréable et nous avons pu manger dehors."

"Eine sehr schöne, ländlich gelegene, romantisch, rustikale, ruhige Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegt und sauber.Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Auch mit dem Hund gab es keine Probleme. Die Hündin durfte sich unangeleint, frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen.Von dort aus kann man gut in jegliche Richtung Ausflugsziele erreichen, ist allerdings schon ein Stück von der Küste entfernt.Würde auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren."

"Unkomplizierter Empfang. Noch einmal lieben Dank für die köstliche Marmelade! Wir fühlten uns willkommen. Ausgezeichnete Küchenausstattung, bis ins Detail alles vorhanden, auch Putzmittel. Und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Der gesamte Bungalow war bemerkenswert gründlich geputzt. Die Lage am Meer ist unschlagbar schön, nur durch einen asphaltierten Weg und Steinküste vom Strand getrennt. Die Blicke der Wanderer haben uns nicht gestört. Wem zur Meerseite aber mehr Privatsphäre wichtig ist,...

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos 2 petites filles âgées de11 et 13 ans.La maison est bien située,bien équipée et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et le jardin( la table de ping pong en extérieur par exemple)Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention.La proximité du centre ville et des plages sont un plus pour cet hébergement."

The shower screen in the ground floor bathroom is impractical and often leads to a wet floor. The moisture is difficult to remove from the room. One large bath towel was placed on the bed per person.
