The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (1 king bed) was on the smaller side and not represented well in the picture. It seemed like it was cleaned but there was an unpleasant musky smell (like a cross between wet carpet and cigarettes) throughout our stay. However, the bed was comfortable and we had a decent stay.

Location for my trip was good. Price was good. Longer then necessary to check in over 15 min. I was the only one checking in. No tissues. Non speaking english. Comunication very difficult. Asked for a luggage rack, never got it. Toliet extremely loud.

If you are paying “regular rate” you get what you pay for. If you are paying a much higher rate due to U of I event it is a rip off beyond belief.

Room was small but perfectly clean and staff is helpful and professional. Refrigerator in our unit didn't have a proper seal and could not be used. There is no included breakfast as advertised. Expect traffic noise. Hotel is motel-style with private entry to the outside. 2 buildings, 2 levels each right off the highway. The restaurants nearby are very good!

The room was dirty. The sheets and bath towels had stains on them. We had to buy throw covers from Walmart to cover the beds just to sleep on them. The room had a funky smell to it. We booked the room for two nights, but left after the first night. They wouldn’t even consider giving us a partial refund. It is clear the owner does not care about the property. I would highly recommend staying away if you can.

Horrible housekeeping in staff
Whenever I checked out they said it smelled like marijuana and wouldn't give me my $100 back and I did not have marijuana for 2 days prior to that they looked in the trash and seen blunt guts cuz I do smoke but not in the room and I was just shocked it was a horrible experience I've never had it taken ever and been staying in hotels for but 29 years

Ok place for a night.
An ok place for a budget hotel. I would stay here for a night again. Not for a long stay though. The rooms are rather small and the bathroom where the shower is tiny. So small I could barely dry off without hitting walls. Whomever decided the bathroom size originally must not have figured tall people might stay here. Nice people running the place though.

Only thing i didnt like was it was never mentioned about a 100.00 deposit on your website nor their website. Im not going to dispute it but it would be nice to ha e that mentioned when booking here. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable.

It was reasonably clean and functional. I didn't like that the room smelled like stale smoke. Bed was not very comfortable.
