After realizing a week before arriving at this property that we would have to park in the town, find the Happy Rentals business, use a code to get into the inner area, where another code is used to unlock the key lock box, to retrieve the keys for the parking gate on the premises, get into the actual building, and finally the apartment door in which we are staying, I’d say that isn’t the easiest accessability for a rental. and when your rental ends, you have to return the keys by 10:00.
With all this said, the unit is very special! The view through a wall of glass is extraordinary! The balcony is large, and 2 chairs and table are provided.
There are 2 bedrooms with good bedding. Large bathroom with duel shower, sinks and separate water closet. Washer and dryer is helpful if staying for longer periods.
Kitchen could have had some olive oil, spices, napkins or paper towels. Plenty of all other kitchen needs to cook and dine with.
The use of large mirrored walls doubles the feel of space everywhere and the outside views become one with you. Sitting at the dining table and eating meals looking out at some of the highest mountains in Europe is beyond memorable.
The quiet neighborhood is just outside town. We were easily able to walk to town, and across the river to walk to the sports center and field where the paragliders land. There is a hospital only 5 min away if needed.
A renters notebook could be useful. We would return for sure!
