Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room penthouse apartment with a total area of 55 square meters, situated on the 2nd floor. The unit features sloping ceilings and modern furnishings throughout. The living room is equipped with a TV. One of the rooms has a rooflight and contains a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. Another room, also with a rooflight, has two beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. There is a separate dining room with a rooflight as well.

Amenities Included
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are provided. The bathroom features a hydro massage bath, and there is a separate toilet. Electric heating is available throughout the unit. The apartment also has a washing machine and free Wi-Fi internet access. Two reserved parking spaces, numbers 18 and 19, are included.
