The Apartment
This duplex is laid out over two levels as follows:
> On the first floor, you’ll find an entryway with a laundry closet (washer, dryer), the living room (125-cm TV, 160-cm sofa bed), and the dining room—both with access to a balcony—as well as the semi-open kitchen. The master bedroom (160-cm bed) and its en suite bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) complete this level.
> On the second floor, you’ll find the two other bedrooms on a mezzanine level that opens discreetly onto the first floor (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed), as well as their respective bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet).
An underground parking space (1 spot) and two ski lockers round out this property.

You’ll love our neighborhood for its location and charm, its affordable restaurants, and its easy access. There are various parking options nearby, including a few free spots. In addition, you’ll find numerous bars and restaurants to suit every taste, a small supermarket just 3 minutes away, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The Aiguille du Midi is 100 meters away. Sports equipment shops and stores selling daily necessities are also just a few meters away.

Right in the heart of Chamonix, you can do everything on foot or by public transportation, especially when exploring the valley using our guest passes. The long-distance bus station is a 3-minute walk away; from there, you can travel to all major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Milan, etc.).
The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away. Ideal location. One underground parking space is available for guests arriving by car.
