It is divided into two levels and therefore comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests making it perfect for a group of friends or large families. Please note that the underfloor heating is available only on the ground level and takes up to 1 day to fully heat up. All rooms have radiators for heating.

The holiday rental is located in one of the most well-connected areas, with three main ski lifts (Compagnie du Mont Blanc, Le Brévent, La Flégère), the Parc de Merlet, Chamonix Amusement Park, and the Musée Alpin Chamonix within 10-15 minutes\' walking distance. For adventure sports lovers too, the area is the perfect choice as parasailing, paragliding, and the famous Vallée Blanche (perfect for a number of winter sports) are just 5-10 minutes on foot from here. The holiday rental is also only a 15-minute walk from the Chamonix Aiguille du Midi station and a 10-minute walk from the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station. Shops, restaurants and a supermarket are 10-minutes away for a carefree, year-round self-catering stay. The nearest international airport is in Geneva, approximately a 70-minute drive from this vacation rental in Chamonix.
