Brand new villa located in the hills of Chalong, Phuket. This modern three-bedroom villa features a saltwater infinity pool, private balconies, and beautiful valley views, offering privacy, comfort, and a relaxing tropical atmosphere.

The villa is situated in a peaceful area of Chalong, about 15 minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, shopping areas, and local markets. Tiger Park is only about 10 minutes walk from the property.

The villa includes 3 bedrooms and a large office room. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There are 3 ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet.

The villa features an open-plan living and dining area with a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and kitchenware for convenient meal preparation. A laundry room with washing machine and iron is also available.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private infinity saltwater swimming pool facing Big Buddha Hill, a terrace with BBQ area, and comfortable outdoor seating with valley views. The property also provides both covered and uncovered private parking for cars and motorbikes.

Services include ultra-fast WiFi (250+ Mbps), pool cleaning twice per week, and regular garbage collection outside the villa.

For stays of 5 nights, one soft cleaning with towel change is included. For stays of 7 nights or longer, one full cleaning with towel and bed linen change is provided.

Electricity is charged separately at 6 THB per kWh based on meter readings.

A refundable security deposit of 10,000 THB in cash is required at check-in and returned at check-out if no damages occur.
