"There isn't a minibar in the rooms and it's very hard to get bottles of water. The Gym is always very full, as is the pub and the restaurant, mostly with no guests.
So, after a long day of work, you arrive at the hotel and have to struggle to get some food. The employees from the pub/restaurant are very unfriendly."
"This is our second time here and again we loved the whole experience. Service is great, staff are friendly and it’s a lovely setting to relax. We made use of the outdoor pool facilities as the weather was lovely and then chilled out in the indoor pool area. All the food we had was lovely, and our room was beautiful and clean. "
"We arrived before the check-in time and dropped our luggage there, wich was placed in our room when we finally got to the room. The staff couldn't be nicer. The hotel is located by the entrance to the Cathedral, near stores, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable clean room. Ours was an ensuite. I would definitely recommend it. "
"This hotel was a little out of the way, so you’ll have to use taxis for
Transport. They were very accommodating when we arrived early and they got us all checked in. The property was well maintained and the room was a nice size. The staff were helpful and managed all us cruise passengers even though there was a lot of us. I would stay here again. Dover is a beautiful town. "

"Lovely location. Family room was spacious & clean. Plenty of storage. Shower was lovely & hot, plenty of towels available. Breakfast was delicious enough to stop you being hungry. Staff were attentive, pleasant & very helpful. Area is nice & peaceful at certain times of day. Highly recommend 👍"
"Lovely stay in beautiful old house, close to the city center (10/15 min walk) with plenty of free parking on the premises. Room comfortable and clean. Free breakfast, which was buffet style in lovely dining room. Good selection of hot and continental style food although as with most breakfast buffets the hot food was a little dried up. Nice big garden out the back to explore and relax in. Can’t say enough about the great service especially the hard working Hungarian lady who was on reception all...
