"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."

"We enjoyed almost everything about thw property. The beds were great. The kitchen supplies were great. The hot tub wasn't fully working and we really wanted a few more towels. There was only enough towels for everyone to have one. "

"Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...

"It was a great experience. The place is so comfortable and nice. We will definitely coming back again to the same place. My boys and cousin had a blast with the hot tub outside. The property management really did a great job. "

"I got cheated by both Expedia and the hotel. After I drove more than 6 hours we found that there is a big renovation in the indoor water park and only 3 things works. When I went to the front disk and I asked why no one mentioned in the website they said it is written in the policy area. I told them we only checking this area to see the timing of check in and check out. And this is an important information they have to write it in the first page.
