Holiday Home 'L'hébergerie Sablotine' with Private Pool, Terrace and Wi-Fi

Welcome to our spacious house in Le Sableau, Chaillé-les-Marais, in the Marais Poitevin. Whether with family or friends, you will enjoy exclusive access to the private pool, summer kitchen, a shaded garden of about 800 m², and a trampoline.



Dogs are welcome! The garden is fully enclosed. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, but a large plastic tub is provided for them to cool off. Category 1 dogs are not permitted.



The house is ideally located to explore the region’s attractions: the Marais Poitevin and its boat docks (Abbaye de Maillezais, Coulon), the beaches of South Vendée (L’Aiguillon-sur-Mer, La Tranche-sur-Mer), the Maison du Maître de Digues in Chaillé-les-Marais, many hiking trails (Sainte-Gemme-la-Plaine and Mervent forests) and cycling routes (Vélodyssée and La Vélo Francette), La Rochelle (30 minutes away), Île de Ré, and Puy du Fou theme park (1 hour by car).



Numerous summer markets nearby let you taste local products and experience village life. The Sableau pond is just behind the house; you can walk there and enjoy the peaceful setting.



Please note: The owners live in the neighboring house but respect your privacy. Each house is independent and not overlooked. The pool is cleaned early in the morning. After 8 p.m., please swim quietly to respect the hamlet’s tranquility.



Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning is included, but please empty bins and fridge, clean the kitchen and barbecue, and remove bed linens at the end of your stay.



No smoking indoors. Parties are not allowed.
