Gîte 'La Grange Hulotte' with Private Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Welcome to La Grange Hulotte, located in the hamlet of Sableau in Chaille-les-Marais, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin in southern Vendée.



This fully renovated 65 m² gîte accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. You have a spacious living area combining lounge and fully equipped private kitchen. The gîte offers private Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a wood stove for autumn and winter evenings. Logs are provided daily to enhance your evenings.



Enjoy your uncovered private terrace with barbecue for outdoor meals. The shared garden features a pétanque court and a large wooded park. The Sableau pond is just behind the gîte, accessible on foot for peaceful moments by the water.



A shared parking area for 2 vehicles is at your disposal. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.



You benefit from privileged access to regional sites: Marais Poitevin with the Abbey of Maillezais and Coulon piers, southern Vendée beaches (La Faute-sur-Mer, L’Aiguillon-sur-Mer, La Tranche-sur-Mer), Maison du Maître de Digues in Chaille-les-Marais, hiking in the forests of Sainte-Gemme-la-Plaine and Mervent, cycling on the Vélodyssée and La Vélofrancette routes. Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning is provided, but you are asked to empty the bins and fridge, and to clean the kitchen and barbecue. Your hosts live in the neighboring house, ensuring your privacy and independence.



When the gîte is rented for one person only, one of the two bedrooms will be closed.
