"Hotel reformado, bem localizado, cercado de restaurantes mas reina pela falta de opções para quem vai para Willoughby ou Mentor. Carece de um bom gerenciamento e de controle sobre a limpeza e manutenção. Tapetes dos corredores imundos. A equipe de limpeza faz o quarto na hora que eles podem ou querem. Se você não sair antes do meio dia arrisca de ficar com o quarto desarrumado. Ficamos dois dias seguidos sem limpeza. Já no primeiro dia encontramos a roupa de cama suja, já usada. Um absurdo....

"This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...
