"My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. "Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting."

"Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming.
