"team is great, friendly and helpful. Shuttle really works. You need to book it when you check in. It starts very early in the morning, like 4am, I think, Shuttle takes 15-20 minutes (at least at 6am) to reach the airport. The entrance and lobby are beautiful, but the hotel is old and I could feel a mold smell in the room. It did not trigger my allergy though. No carpet in the room, but carpet in the corridors. The room was clean, but we came across a small bug in the bathroom. Staff was sent to save us :) Breakfast has a good variety. It is not 5 star, but rather a 4star, though."
