In the case of renting a single apartment for 4 guests there is the possibility of having to share the common areas (garden, swimming pool, etc.) with other guests. The published prices refer to the rent of both apartments, in case of request for only one of the two write to us for an ad hoc quote. The rental price includes utilities. The owners, who manage the farm, are available to prepare, on request, delicious breakfasts and tastings of typical products, to be paid extra than the rent.
