"Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical."

"The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!"

"I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The location is beautiful. Breathtaking views. I prefer a more laid back and quiet vibe. Kula Maya and the town of San Marcos provided that. But when my group and I wanted to have more of an outing, San Pedro was a short ferry ride away. It felt so remote and convenient all at the same time. On top of that, one of the members in our group suffered from appendicitis in the middle of the night on our first night's stay here. We were so scared and the...

"Hotel esta bem localizado. Facil acesso a tudo. Gostamos muito das aguas termais, depois de um dia de passeio. Quarto amplo, cama confortavel. As areas internas sao bem arborizadas e muito bem cuidada. So o chuveiro que poderia ser um pouco mais quente. "

"Hotel bonito e aconchegante. Nosso quarto ficava elevado com uma varanda que tinha uma das melhores vistas do lago. O único problema é que o Hotel fica numa encosta de montanha, logo, possui muitas escadas. Não recomendado para pessoas idosas ou com restrição de movimentação. Pros demais, é o preço de estar ajustado à natureza e de ter essa bela vista. "

"Really like this hotel. Beautiful view, off the beaten path a bit but still a not too far tuk tuk ride to town. More laid back than the fancier hotel next door but you can still eat there. Loved that breakfast and kayaks were included. Staff was really nice. Good value too. Staying here was like the best of both worlds with the convenience of staying in Panajachel but views being on the lake, especially if you only have a couple nights at the lake. "

Located on the quieter side of town, this hotel is about 1.5 miles from the Embarcadero for San Pedro and San Juan. Laundry services are available for a reasonable price.
