Outside, there is a private garden with a small furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying views of the Alps. In the summer, the location is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes drive away (1.5km). The nearest bakery is in the centre of Tscherms, which is less than 10 minutes walk away (800m). The nearest ski lift is Meran 2000, which is 15 minutes away by car (11km). The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours drive away (150km).

A washing machine is available in the common area. The apartment offers good tap water (Grander water). The property is located on a Bio farm.



For relaxation, the private sauna can be used for a small fee and by arrangement.
