Bed linen and towels are not provided. We can supply them upon prior reservation, available for an extra fee. Please note: this apartment does not have WiFi access.

The residence offers private direct access to the sea, ideal for divers, hikers, and nature lovers. It is located 8 km from Spain, between Banyuls-sur-Mer and Cerbère.



A bus service, available 200 m from the residence, allows you to travel from Cerbère to Perpignan and visit the entire coast without using your car.



The village is pedestrian for children's safety, and cars are parked in a lot outside the village, subject to availability. Disabled parking spaces are located right in front of our apartments.



Cerbère is 4 minutes by car and Banyuls is 10 minutes away.



The marine reserve is accessible by swimming from the residence. The marine trail is 300 m away, on Peyrefite beach.



In 2025, the residence will be at the heart of the nature reserve, as part of its expansion project to the Spanish border.
