"This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...

"Absolutely superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had two delicious meals cooked by Linda and we left with her homemade limoncello and olive oil. Peaceful, beautiful grounds with wonderful walks straight from the house. Tennis club 5 min drive away, and a local train station that whisked us off to Florence for the day. Don't miss Snoopy's gelato in the local town. This holiday was a 5* experience."

"Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Hunden angereist. Leonella hat uns eine genaue Wegbeschreibung inklusive Fotos zugeschickt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Unsere Hunde haben es geliebt, es immer wieder zu erkunden. Den Pool konnten wir wegen des schlechten Wetters leider nicht nutzen. "Great house and landscape with everythung you can wish for. Enough rooms, space, terraces, outside area... even a Pizza oven that is tested and approved! With only a few tweeks regarding the Pool size, up to date furniture and kitchen facilities it would become a real diamond. In the current state 4/5 Stars with a mid-range price/quality ratio. Great help, support and overall customer experience with the agency+owner."

"Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einer schönen Aufteilung der Räume und großen Schlafzimmern. Es besteht aus zwei etwa gleichgroßen Wohnungen mit separaten Eingängen. Unsere Tochter konnte die wichtigsten Räume mit ihrem schmalen Rollstuhl benutzen. Die untere Wohnung war im Mai sehr kühl und konnte leider nicht beheizt werden. "Everything about our vacation was magical ! The 500 years old villa has so much character with all the facilities that you need to be comfortable. You will have the nicest view of the lake and surroundings, and be able to witness beautiful sunset. The highlight of our stay was our wedding at the villa. "Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Cungi, bzw. der Agriturismo La Conca gefeiert. Es war das schönste Wochenende unseres Lebens! Chiara hat die Hochzeit für uns mitorganosiert und ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es lief einfach nur perfekt!
