"I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, who recently stayed at the hotel. Overall, she had a very pleasant experience, but what stood out most was the exceptional service and genuine care from the staff.

"The staff was wonderful, the room was great, everything was good except the pool and gym were closed, we had to go to another hotel to swim, they informed us upon arrival that the other property had a pool. A lot of construction noise in the room next door. This is my 3rd time staying with them and I do recommend them, but just felt a little let down this stay"

"The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff made you feel at home and very helpful about restaurants, clubs and events in the hostel and surrounding areas. "I am very happy with Hotel Picaso. It was really good. I have just one feedback regarding their amiability to respond the guests. I was staying in QUARANTEEN past and couldn't leave my room. The hotel was very kind and attended my needs perfectly THE OBLY THING which they should improve is sometime I called the reception to ask something and it took over 10-15 minutes to reach them and this not Ok for Quarantine guest as it can be an emergency. This is the only feedback. In general I am VERY...
