"Everything was just perfect."

"Big disappointment, while the hotel lobby was interesting, the rooms were lacking upkeep, dirty, leaking faucets, absolutely no heat, could not get it above 60 degrees, then when I asked to have someone look at it, she was about as rude as one can be. I'm a pretty patient person, but at 9pm at night I wasn't going to freeze all night so I asked for a aux heater. She said yeah, but it will be awhile, I looked down and she had one at her desk and I said that one will do. She could tell she best...

"Excelente opção. Ótimo quarto. Bom café da manhã."

"Hotel excelente, muito confortável e limpo. A decoração é incrível. Voltaremos quando pudermos."

"Very comfortable very cozy very clean. The staff was really nice. Parking was convenient."

"I liked the clean room! The staff was great...My key did not work properly and the person in charge of check in at the front desk personally came to the room with me to check the new keys which worked perfectly. The downsides: the shower head had very small openings which made for a sharp stream and quite harsh. . There is no volume control, only temperature. The coffee maker is sub par."
