"Havia uma grande expectativa em relação ao hotel porém não foram plenamente atendidas. Chegamos um pouco mais cedo para o check-in e não havia quarto disponível (não é um problema do hotel) e ficaram de nos mandar um e-mail quando o quarto estivesse pronto o que não aconteceu. Ficamos um tempo na varanda tomando uns drinks e o atendimento foi muito lento. O quarto que ficamos era enorme e bastante bonito porém a cama não era confortável. No bar do hotel tivemos um ótimo atendimento e uma ótima...

"Loved being so close to downtown Manitou! We could easily walk everywhere. We were also only a few minute drive from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, and so much more!"

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. Really takes stress out of finding something to eat. They also accommodated us with a rollaway bed. The room was quiet and restful. I would highly recommend staying here especially for families."

"Very central to downtown and Garden of the Gods, Pikes peak. Charming hotel, you can tell it is a hotel from the 1800’s but with new updates (water pipes are noisy, smaller room) but the charm and character are so fun. Starbucks right in lobby, east valet parking, 24 hour indoor pool, beautiful Mountain Views. Customer service is amazing!!"

"What a unique hotel with a great aesthetic! We had a problem with the cleanliness of our first room but hotel staff were very gracious and accommodating and moved us to another room right away which we found to be very clean and comfortable. The gym was great with one treadmill, one arc trainer, and two stationary bikes. There was a rack of dumbbells that started with 5-lb pairs and went up in increments of five pounds ending at 50-lb pairs. There was an adjustable bench plus another inclined...
