"Experiência muito boa no geral. Pontos positivos: 1. O hotel fica na estação de ski, a comodidade disso e’ muito boa. 2. Fiquei no quarto com kitchenete , o que e’ um diferencial. 3. Quarto espaçoso e camas boas. Contra: 1. O quarto em geral precisa de uma renovação. Carpete , cortina e decoração em geral muito antiga 2. Quase impossível falar na recepção por telefone. Não atendem o telefone No geral, fomos muito felizes."

"We had such a great stay at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster while we were in town for a cheer competition. We booked knowing there was construction going on, but it honestly didn’t impact our stay at all. Our room was at the end of the hallway and the rest of the hall was blocked off for construction, but there was no noise, no smells, and no disruption whatsoever. The room itself was immaculate. "The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the casino was lacking. There wasn’t enough staff. It took a long time to get a drink and a longer time to get a player card. Food choices weren’t very good. I’m very overpriced."

"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."
