"Excellent hotel in Zhangjiajie across the street from the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. The room I stayed on the second floor was completely remodelled. It was perfect! Very comfortable bed, linens and shower, and quite spacious. Breakfast wasn't bad but there could be more choices for the western taste. This is my second stay a the Hampton by Hilton and I will return."

"We had a great stay at the hotel. They reallly make a effort so that all our needs are attended to. The room has a amazing view e the staff are very helpfull. The fact that can easily comunicate in english is also great. Frankie e the lady from the tea room (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) were really special. I highly recommend the hotel!!"

"Room was nice and big with daily cleaning. The wifi wasn’t great, however we were also in the mountains so it’s expected. The best part without a doubt was the staff at the reception-desk, especially the young guy who helped us with absolutely everything we asked, from planning trips and giving detailed descriptions about every place we went, to ordering take out for us and chatting with us on WeChat when needed at all hours. Would come back for the good service alone. 10/10 ! "

"Absolutely loved my stay here. Ming and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving Ming got a map out of the park and advised me on how to spend my two days there. The included breakfast was very robust. The views from the pool/room were awesome and it was dead silent. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the park entrance and it's super easy to get a DiDi called to the hotel to take you into town. The hotel also has a restaurant so it's very easy to do dinner there as well....
