A localização e ruim.

"The hotel is well located, making it possible to reach almost all attractions on foot. The main church is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Most importantly, the staff are polite and friendly, helping with every detail. A special thank you to Medy who gave us countless tips and to Senada who made a typical and wonderful Bosnian coffee for us. Thanks so much guys!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly...

From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service delivered by the staff. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that our...

"The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go."

"Amei minha estadia! Banheiro quarto muito bom! Equipe maravilhosa super prestativa!"

"I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced an apartment as clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained as yours. The bed, pillows, bedding, and the overall comfort and atmosphere of the apartment deserve a 10+ rating! Everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt at home. I will definitely be returning in the future, and I will happily recommend your accommodation to all my friends and family."

Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"Hotel novo e tudo limpo, pessoal muito atencioso."
