"This is an excellent hotel, We have stayed here often. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff are always very helpful. On this particular occasion we got snow over night. The hotel staff provided me with a snow brush to clean our car. Because of the poor road conditions we thought we might stay an additional night. The lady at the front desk said we could keep our same room if we stayed at a discounted price. We really appreciated that. In the end we didn't stay the extra night and...

"Hotel was great, clean, all rooms were king bed with pull out couch, but were very large rooms. Noise transfer from other rooms / hall was very minimal. Had an unfortunate incident with a slashed tire (the front desk was very helpful and great at assisting, they were very shocked at this happening so definitely not something common - probably another guest unfortunately). "Stayed 3 nights and thermostat didn't work properly. I would still stay at this hotel as it is the nicest and cleanest in Saskatoon. The front desk staff were great and compensated for the thermostat difficulty. Nice to stay close to the river and great view of the city and river! The lounge looked fun we didn't get a chance to check it out."
