"My family and I really enjoyed our weekend-stay here! The home was much more spacious than we expected. And we brought along our fur babies that also enjoyed the large backyard. Would definitely recommend this place to those traveling with pets! The home was also not too far of a drive to the downtown Denver area. "

"Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!"

"This property appears to be fairly new. There are plenty of amenities. The master bedroom was spacious as was the guest bedroom. Parking was very easy. The check-in process was fast and simple. The host was fantastic and very responsive and accommodating.There is some mention about noise from trains. We never heard any train during the time that we were there except one time we heard a horn twice in the far distance and you could barely hear it. I’m not sure where that feedback is coming from...

"The bed was super comfortable and the space was really clean! The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction."

"Great location for a late summer family get away. 6 adults and 2 young grandchildren. Enjoyed to stay and spend most of the days up in RMNP. Hiking and sightseeing. House was perfect size for all of us. Inside home could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Especially bathrooms for what it cost to stay. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thanks"

"I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it!"
