"Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned."

"The curtains in our room did not block out the blaringly bright lights from outside. There was also a lot of activity outside our room at all hours of the night and the windows are nowhere near sound proof. Sounded like everyone was sitting in our room yelling at each other. Bring earplugs!"

Deveria haver mais opções como pãozinho e cream cheese etc como vi ser servido em outros hotéis da mesma rede. O hóspede poderia levar os itens e fazer a refeição no quarto. "

"I made reservations via Expedia. When I arrived there (about 6 pm ) the door was locked tight. Called them and got a recording which said to leave a message. I did so with no response. There was a building behind the house which appeared to be a very rundown motel building. I found out that the owner of the main house and I presume the rundown “motel” lived-right next door.
