"We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We were in town for a softball tournament. Grand Park is about 7 minutes away and Kokomo about 30 minutes away. The owners were super friendly. I loved having room to spread out, being able to cook my own meals, talking on the porch and watching the fireflies at night and petting the donkeys. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I booked a property through VRBO from November 27 to December 1, 2024, for a family Thanksgiving gathering. Upon arrival, we found the house to be in an unacceptable condition, far from what was depicted in the listing photos. The fridge, countertops, and stove had old, crusted food, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout, and layers of dust covered various surfaces.
