"Celebrating our 45th anniversary & could not have chosen a better place. Karen & Chris were great to work with & they even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly! The condo was very clean & in a great location - close to grocery stores & restaurants - we found a favorite spot within walking distance - Swells’ A Brewing!!! We had a wonderful time & would certainly stay here again & highly recommend!!!"

"Comfortable place to stay in every way. Front and back porch were used every day, weather was outstanding and the beach a short walk from the house. We met up with old friends for this trip and the house was a perfect place for us to relax and catch up with each other. "This studio apartment had everything we needed and extra. Diane was great to communicate with and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen worked well for our short stay. Even though there are no windows there is lots of lighting and mirrors. It was an easy walk to the beach. If you want a view of the ocean this isn’t the place for you, however."

"This was our second visit and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Unfortunately there were no dolphin sightings but that was the only disappointment and was nothing to do with the home. Due to outside temperatures we had to fuss with the thermostat quite a bit, Vickie was fantastic with responding to our inquiries."

"If you’re thinking about renting this house, do it! You will not be disappointed! Like the other reviews mentioned, this house is so clean. The seller always responded within minutes of sending a message. One bedroom with king bed, one bathroom and laundry room are down stairs. The other 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room are upstairs. The seller has bistro lights around porch rails so arriving after dark helped us see. I will rent again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Kill Devil Hills. The owner/manager Joe and his wife were very responsive to our requests and went above and beyond in their hospitality. The place is right on the beach and decor inside gave it a great beach vibe. We will definitely be back there next time we’re in the Outer Banks!"

"I stayed here with my husband and two young children, preschooler and baby, for a one week spring vacation. The location is perfect, we loved the view of the ocean from the deck and being just steps away from the beach. The condo is cozy and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home.
