"Breakfast/Room service - Babita was very welcoming with a smile every morning. Works 6 days a week cleaning and serving the whole place. Lovely to speak to. Always positive to see her in the morning. Enjoyed my breakfast time. Then we have Alessia who is the main receptionist, we celebrated our birthdays, she told me places to visit, was very kind and we had good conversations. I enjoyed seeing her everyday before heading out for the day. She was very informative. Both ladies made my birthday...

"The room was gorgeous. Unfortunately, I only got to stay for one day. Will definitely go back."

"Great location! The host super nice! Great comunication!"

"My stay at the Terra d'Amuri was great. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of the Duomo and the beautiful old section of Catania. My stay was made even better by the wonderful and gracious owner, Loredana, who spoke perfect English and was always ready to help with any questions I had about sights and transportation. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful painted mural, and very nice modern bathroom as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in...

"Terra Dell’Etna was a great place to stay! Wonderful location, comfy bed, great shower, and a great kitchen! Cristiano is a wonderful host, kind and very friendly. He was quick to help in any way! "

"Fiquei hospedada duas vezes no hotel. A localização é excelente e os funcionários idem. Ficamos na primeira vez em uma suíte melhor e com banheira de hidromassagem , que não foi usada por falta de privacidade já que estava com uma amiga. Precisava de ter pelo menos uma cortina. Na segunda, foi ótimo por que tinha dois quartos independentes, mas já não tinha a cafeteira que tinha no outro, o sofá estava bem sujo, a descarga com problema. Destaco a atenção e gentileza dos funcionários."

"We had a great time in this B&B very close to everything you want"

"Lovely b&b in stunning old building. Nice room with terrace. Responsive staff when we had a problem. Parking outside the front. "

"Hotel muito bom com seu staff muito acolhedor"

"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our first contact with the hostel was an offer for their taxi service, but we received no useful information about check-in or arrival. They also tried to charge us for a large taxi, even though we had clearly stated that our family would fit in a regular car. The airport transfer was the worst part. The driver was driving recklessly—speeding well above the limit, ignoring other traffic—and it felt genuinely unsafe. When we arrived, he didn’t even get out to...
