"This was the buggiest hotel I have ever stayed in 10 years. They gave me a couple of roach hotels to put in my room and they filled to full capacity in a couple days. I also got bed bug bites on my head that caused itching. They called an exterminator but he never showed up. They gave me a different room but it was buggy too. Apparently it has been a problem at many hotels in San Angelo."

"The staff were fine but the property and room were dirty and unkempt. The Ice Machine was out of order, the cable on the TV was not working and the pool was under construction. There were small roaches in the room and it smelled like backed-up sewage and marijuana. The shower curtain was dirty and partially hanging on hooks. I was not able to stay the week due to these unpleasant conditions."

"The entire staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The room was spacious, and there was plenty of coffee and other amenities available in the room and the shared kitchen. The property was quiet and well maintained. The bed was comfortable - my husband had the best night's sleep he's had in ages. We will be back again - hopefully on a weekend when there is something going on because we want to see the Art Center, etc. when there's some activity."

"Hotel was mostly clean. Restroom smelled moldy even after front desk came to clean it again. Sunday morning at 7am the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason waking everyone up. Then they started mowing the grass about 730am. Needless to say having an 1130a checkout didn't matter which we were looking forward to after being in town for a funeral and having a very late night."
