"I attended a concert and choose this hotel for it's location. After the concert we tried to order room service. The bar code on the mirror that you ordered from was not working. When I called the front desk they very rudely told me to come and eat at the bar. The bar was packed and so was the entire lobby. I had waited in a long line just get the elevator back to the room. The person was not helpful. I was dissapointed in the costumer service."

"It’s a nice and convenient place to stay! Rooms are spacious enough- one time I stayed in a king room with a lovely ensuite bathroom. This most recent time I stayed in a king room but the bathroom was one of those situations where the sink and shower are just kind of randomly in the room and the toilet was behind this really strange sliding barn door. It wasn’t totally clear from the booking that we were getting the worse bathroom setup this time."

"Quarto limpo.
