"Checking was a nightmare. Rooms weren't clean at 6 p.m. and numerous people had to wait. One person even had other people still in the room when he got to his room. For the price, I wouldn't recommend until they get their kinks out. Seemed very understaffed especially in house keeping."

"Perfect space for our family. Excellent communication regarding Pitt Marathon Weekend allowed us to plan our activities. Easy walk to Acrisure Stadium and north shore restaurants. Beautiful views of the city."

"Great staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful building. No denying this is a wonderful hotel!! Arguably the best Hotel Downtown… But the cracks are starting to show (literally). I hope the management spend their budgets looking after the place, when it’s gone it’s gone."
