O hotel tinha shuttles gratuitos ao centro às 10, 12, 14, 16 e 18h, mas sem dúvida perdemos autonomia, pois taxis do Centro ao hotel eram bem caros (cerca de US$8) e não era muito fácil encontrá-los em alguns locais 2) tudo no hotel era muito mais caro (cerca de 3-4x) do que fora 3) por mais que os funcionários sempre tentassem ajudar, por vezes nos passavam informações...

"We had a wonderful stay overall and would happily recommend this villa. The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had gorgeous views. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke enough English that communication was never an issue. The food was the best we had anywhere in Bali, and the candlelight dinner was one of the most romantic experiences we've ever had. "Check in was at 2p.m and I arrived early.. like 2a.m because of the time change from America to Bali I wasn't expecting it to be such a different time change. Staff was still available and ready to assist me with check in and luggage. My villa was beautiful and the private pool was a great addition to celebrating my birthday with gorgeous flower decorations and a floating breakfast. Communication was a bit difficult because staff members had a hard time speaking English but we made things work.....

Die Türen gingen sehr schwer auf und zu. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank war feucht, weshalb wir dort keine Kleidung lagern wollten. Der Safe hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert.
