"New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. The property has great spaces, we loved the firepit and the the rest of our room outside the bath. The location is great for walking to town, and...

"The receptionist was so friendly. Quick to offer her favorite dinner spots and also gave us extra pillows per our request. Our room was spacious and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and we were happy with everything!"

"No. All the way around, no. I won’t stay here again. Smells damp with an explosive aroma of older woman’s floral scent perfume in the hallways; breath taking. I woke up with bug bites on my arms, back and side. There was significant black mold on the air conditioning unit. The breakfast was not good at all and somewhat sketchy; the attendant was nice. Just waiting on somebody to contact me back about the situation."

"The property was recently renovated. The aesthetic is fun and comfortable. Outdoor amenities were great - the kids played pickleball and swam. It was rainy off and on the weekend we stayed, and it s med challenging to control the humidity in the rooms. Storage is limited for any longer stays. Overall we liked it and would stay again."

Unfortunately, the front desk staff were so unfriendly--kept us waiting for 5 minutes even though no one else was there, did not make eye contact or smile or apologize for the wait--that this inhospitality marred the visit."

"The room was decent, and the staff was excellent. The check-in staff had all the documents ready, so it took me only two minutes to get my room key. Parking was super convenient and very close to the hotel. The lady in the breakfast room even made a fresh batch of hash browns when the kids asked for them. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially compared with other hotels in the same price range."

"Parking was limited. Often people double parked over lines didn’t allow others to park. The hotel seemed dated and needed carpet cleaning and shelving and cabinets replaced. Windows were clouded white . The elevator arrived with an extreme thud both rising and downward. I reported the parking issue and the clerk looked at me like I was out of my mind and didn’t say a word."

"This is a newer hotel so overall it’s clean and looks good. Bad part - when we tried to check in their systems were down so they couldn’t give us key cards and we had to wait for someone to walk us to our room. If we left we had to get them to let us back in. That was fixed the next day. When we got in our room the toilet had a slow leak under the toilet. We called down and were told they have no maintenance people until Monday. This was Friday.
