"We only stayed for one night, so we did not get a chance to experience all of the amenities. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues during our stay. "The price is right, it was clean and they allowed pets. But, it is an upstairs apartment of an old house in the Lakeside neighborhood with low slanted ceiling height in the entry and bathroom. It is about 3 miles to a public beach. Parking is on the street. The stairs are at a high angle and the railing is falling off the wall. Be careful. The property is not wheelchair accessible. The TV could not be controlled from the remote. There was only a bathtub - no shower."

"Exactly as described. Small, older and clean. Perfect for our 1 night stay. Hosts were accommodating and quick to communicate. There were high winds in the area that took out the power prior to our arrival. Hosts notified us and kept us updated. It was back on by our arrival. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable. The futon was not the most comfortable for sleeping, but was fine for the night. All in all, nice accommodations and would stay again."
