"Stayed in the "owners suite" for two nights. Suite was clean, spacious and really comfortable. Private hot tub on the deck was great, but could use an upgrade. Small view of the estuary and really peaceful. Checked in with Jorge, who was amazing, and had great recommendations for restaurants and other activities. Will definitely be back."

"Should have read the reviews, there is no working AC and the room was super hot. There were also ants in the room! Didn't notice them til the next morning as they had gotten into a bag of chips I had with me. Room 126 has a really weird large cupboard thing that kind of freaked me out and there were dirty towels in it. Pros was that there was a fridge and microwave but other than that I probably wouldn't stay here again. The one staff member I spoke to was helpful, the place just needs some...

"Room had an awesome view. Staff was helpful and friendly. They suggested places to go. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Indoor pool was great. They have a tunnel under road to access beach which was awesome for crossing safely with the kids"

"The room does not resemble the photograph, as it is outdated and in disrepair. The chair is broken, and the sofa is dirty. The breakfast offerings are limited to a few snacks. Parking is convenient due to low occupancy."

"Stayed in a lot of hotels and this has been the one and only time I’ve had a terrible experience. We stayed for one night only, the 2 heaters they had were sketchy, we could hear the electrical every time we turned them on. There was the tv box loosely sitting on top of the wall mounted TV (not on a shelf, not screwed in, just balancing on the tv). Customer service was awful, usually hotels will give you a call 30 minutes before check out to see how things are going, if an extension is needed...

"The hotel is very clean . Our flights was delayed and we were running late I kept calling to let them know and get instructions but no one's would pick up or return our messages. We made it there right before the service desk was closing. The front desk lady said your key is in the box because we thought u were arriving after 10. A courtesy return call would have been nice!"
