"Great downtown location. Room was spotless also bathroom. Loved the liquid hand soap and lotion in a good size container. Provided makeup remover 🙂. The breakfast menu looked excellent but unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage. Committed to joining relatives elsewhere. Had a delish lemon drop at the bar. Young bartender personable and fun to visit with. Will stay again. "

"Well kept property in the heart of Chico. Clean rooms - small but nice pool area. Breakfast was not great; we waited for refills on everything and the selection wasn’t there."

"This was a horrible property. Room had a horrible smell there was what appeared to be blood on the ceiling and on the dirty towels they gave us. There were bugs in the bathroom. Ac didn’t work properly we had to keep jiggling the cord to turn it on. The pool was another story it looked like a big bowl of pee soup. Just a horrible time. Don’t recommend"
