Hotéis em Centro de Cherokee, Cherokee

"Hospedagem dentro do esperado. Café da manhã deixou a desejar. Quarto limpo e espaçoso."

"Excelente hote, quartos renovados recentemente, muito confortável e limpo. Cafe da manha acima da media. Localizacao intermediaria, ha necessidade de carro para se deslocar p o centro. Banheiro amplo com boas amenidades. Apenas um detalhe. Voltariamos novamente ao hotel quando emmcherokee novamente"

"Wish they had more breakfast items"

"The location was great."

"My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel. It was just okay as it is a terribly old hotel that has not been maintained. Wallpaper was stapled back up and all doors were scratched up so horribly that one would think a horrible fight or something happened. The beds themselves actually felt and looked vbery clean but everything else was just kinda "icky". It was fine for one night but I defintiely wouldn't want to stay longer. Exterior of building is very messy, dirty, unkept as well which...

"We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...

"No shampoo, soap or conditioner in the room. Front desk person said that they would Bring it to the room right away. Never happened. Went down to see what was up, staff was on her phone texting. I asked about the shampoo, etc she says “oh yeah” and hands it to me. Disappointed this trip"

"Otima surpresa"

"Hotel is outdated but clean and quiet. Had a ton of parking. Very close to the casino. My TV wasn't working but the lady working the front desk came up quickly and fixed it for me. No complaints"

"Hotel is a bit dated but everyone was nice and had fun time"

"The rooms are a great size. Nice balcony view of the river. Our room was not ready and we had to give them an hour to finish. They are currently remodeling in the lobby and it looks nice so far. It did not hamper our visit. Convenient location."

"Courteous staff and good location."

"It’s a nice and charming family owned inn, really close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee. The room and linen were clean. There’s a river on the backyard of the hotel, a nice place to spend some moments just watching nature. Even though it could use some renovations, nothing that negatively impacted my stay."
