"Reservamos com 3 meses de antecedência (tanto que tinha até baixado a tarifa ao chegar) e ... Surpresa o quarto guardado era o pior, diferente absolutamente das fotos, não cabia nos 3 que eram os programados usuários - casal e filho, não tinha sofabed - então nós trocaram para outro da rede, mas só tinha por um dia - eram reservados 3 - então, a gerente, desse outro, essa sim extremamente atenciosa, tratou da devolução com a hotéis no cartão, depois vou confirmar apesar da hotéis já ter dito que...

"Nice clean room with an updated bathroom. Pretty gardens and fountains on site. Several rooms available with more amenities. Friendly staff. I thought the price was a bit steep for the small space we had but you are centrally located in town with shopping and dining within walking distance."

"The high ratings on most travel sites for the Embers are well deserved. We found the hotel to be very clean. Ben and Thomas at the front desk were both very courteous and helpful. The only negative was jackhammering in the middle of one night by the NC DOT. But that’s not the hotels fault of course. The restaurant on site is excellent as well as the service. Will be returning!"

"This is the second time staying at the property and we love it! It’s close to downtown and walkable to everything. Love sitting outside the room and just watching everything. The room is always clean and quiet. Love the soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom. "

"Loved the renovation of a classic motel and its great finishing details. Balcony and outdoor areas were a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Over Yonder restaurant and bar were delicious. Staff recommended Sunrise Grill for breakfast which was also very good. "
