Yes to all. The rooms/suites in the (?) East Wing are a stand out in terms of quality and value. This was our 4th stay and there is a consistency here that is rarely found in other similar accommodation.

City Centre Motel Armidale
Outdoor parking, easy for high 4WD vehicle. Breakfast had a good variety. Walking distance to shopping centre.

Host was very welcoming, had the essentials in the fridge ready for me. Everything was comfortable and located very close to amenities.
