"Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou."

"Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. "Hotel super novo. Quartos grandes e confortáveis, Staff atencioso e localização ótima. Recomendo."

"Great spot! You're right next to the train station (Keihan Line) which is perfect if you want to do a spontaneous Osaka Day Trip or get closer to the temples! The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The area has nearby food options (more local and less touristy)."

"I didn't expect that it would be a whole house just for myself! The service was splendid, very polite and helpful. The house has everything you need, i.e. all the dishes. The interior is traditional and, very comfortable and nice."

"We loved staying here and would definitely stay again if we visited Kyoto. Very friendly and helpful staff, amenities available to us were really useful and our room was perfect for what we needed. We also loved the convenient location to local temples, shopping, restaurants and multiple local train stations which made getting around very easy even with our baby. Very glad we chose to stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone."

"Location!"

"Incredibly convenient location; lovely, simple and spacious clean room with comfortable beds and good pillows (harder to find in Japan than you might think!). Best shower ever (rain head). Room was surprisingly quiet considering the location. We really loved this accomodation. DO NOT MISS eating at Kyoto Gyoza enen Gion honten which is diagonally opposite for the most delicious gyoza ever (prepare to wait unless you arrive on opening)."

"Excelente localização, banho e cama muito confortáveis e café da manhã bem completo!"

"The room felt spacious relative to other hotels we visited in Japan, and everything was clean. They supplied all the standard amenities for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of daily room cleaning and a laundry room; however, they replaced our towels everyday, and also shared details about a laundromat three minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted with forwarding our luggage to our next stop."

"Hotel muito aconchegante em Gion Quarto bem confortável Funcionários super atenciosos Café da manhã típico bom"

"No melhor lugar de Gion."
