Hotéis perto de Centro Cultural Internacional de Hammamet 21

"The property was beautiful. Morning staff were respectful and helpful. The checkin manager was not helpful at all. The property is around 200 meters away from where th car reaches and no one helps you with luggage, it’s not mentioned in the listing. No one is at thr property after 5 and no response to messages. Royal suite had 2 beds and one comforter and when asked for extra comforter, no one replied. It might be acceptable for the region but international travellers are used to better...

"We had a stay in the Sol Azur Hotel Hammamet of 7 days, starting on the 13/04/2024. We made a reservation of a standard room with all inclusive. That weekend on the very same day, arrived a lot of Tunisian tourists to stay for the weekend, and the service of the hotel was terrible as they are not prepared to receive that many guests. The food during the weekend was not served on the main restaurant, except for lunch (which a lot of people had half pension, so at least for that meal and options...

"Ótimo experiência, pessoal muito gentil e prestativo, recomendado fortemente. "

"Pros: amazing staff like Sonia at the lobby, Saad at the restaurant or Afaf at the SPA. Always willing to help out and make sure all our needs are fulfilled in time. Nice pool, amazing beach at a short walk or free shuttle. Plenty of food options at the restaurant at all times. Nice room with AC and daily housekeeping. Many more pros… Cons: need some crowd control at the restaurant with children running. Need more AC at the restaurant. One time the pool should have been shut down for cleaning...

"Great hotel"

"Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Geschäfte etwas weit entfernt. Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar."

"It was terrible I had to book another hotel"

"The hotel is huge and at the end of October it was mostly empty even though the weather was fine. Rooms are generous in size Breakfast has multiple options and it is served on the terrace in a nice ambiance Mature plants everywhere Swimming pool outdoor felt a little cold , not heated though I did not try the indoor ( sea water) Beach is private and well attended by staff Reception staff could be more friendly and smile The property is fine but a bit dated and I wouldn’t call it...
