"Strange staff. They were not interested in helping guests with anything. Always stayed at the Bastide on same property but decided to try something new. Disappointed with everything. The older lady at front desk of Bastide actually chastised us for going there to check in when the web site mentioned that the 2 places shared pretty much everything. She must have fussed at us about it on 3,or more occasions. The ladies that used to run the front desk were treasures. So sad that we had to endure...

"Highly recommend. Incredible service, felt immediately at home. Delicious food and such a warm environment. Thank you very much!"

"Desde a nossa chegada fomos recebido com gentileza e, embora o hotel seja relativamente pequeno, ofereceu um quarto limpo e confortável. Agradeço também ao atendente que voluntariamente nos ajudou a resolver um problema com uma mala esquecida em outro hotel. Sua intervenção nos poupou de preocupação e prejuízos. Recomendo"

"A very warm welcome from the great and super-friendly staff started things off well. My room was very pleasant with a nice little patio. Breakfast poolside was nice. Wish I’d stayed longer to try the apparently excellent Italian restaurant that’s attached! Overall, definitely recommended."

"LOCALIZAÇÃO DO HOTEL"

"Muito boa"

"Staff were friendly and spoke decent -good English. Let me leave my bags behind the desk as I got there early. Room was clean, bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable, but basic. Not much room around the bed, and no room to leave your suitcase open without blocking your access round the bed. Curtain was strangely far away from the window, meaning if you came out of the bathroom in a state of undress, you were visible to outside. Breakfast was decent, but fairly limited. Hot options were...

"After two previous visits, it was sadly a disappointing stay at La Reserve. It is clear the hotel’s standards have slipped since our first visit in 2024. Our bedroom had scuffed walls, broken picture frames, stains on bedsheets. It is just not the luxury experience we had two years ago. The staff are very friendly, but it is a shame that this hotel, in such a wonderful location, has not maintained the level of quality and attention to detail they had a couple of years ago. Our stay also...

"Mto tranquila. Pessoal na recepção são gentis e atenciosos "

"Établissement agréable mais surtout l’accueil du couple tenancier est exceptionnel Adorables Serviables Conviviaux "

"Beautiful house and property. The hosts were so kind and gracious and made a delicious breakfast each morning. We would love to return one day and spend more time at the property relaxing instead of exploring the surrounding area."

"The hotel is very close to the main square, and there's public parking in a square about 300 meters away, with free parking and covered paid parking in the same parking lot. The hotel is small with stairs, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. The breakfast is basic and point to improve: quality of bath towels "

"Hotel perfeito, novo, localização ótima, com estacionamento! Chuveiro excelente ! Td muito limpo!"

"Rien a dire, petit hôtel sympathique"

"Lugar incrível, com uma vista maravilhosa. Experiência surpreendente. Michel e Erik sao muito atenciosos. Otimo café da manhã."
