"The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...

"For one thing explain to me how it is 10:45 maybe 11:00 a.m. got an early check in and that was cool I was fine with that because I know that a room is going to have to be no clean earlier so you're going to charge an extra fee. but can someone tell me why I paid early check and fee to get a dirty room. I mean there's a used condom in the garbage can."

"It was pretty clean, but in the room, you could tell where they had patched places on wall and corners and never painted to fix it when we asked for towels they had to wait to get some washed in the place wasn’t even booked up there were maybe 15-20 cars in lot …. Then we asked for pillows for fold out sofa and all they had was one told us to use them off our bed 🙄…. And the breakfast was awful"
