"Hotel is clean and comfortable. The on line check in was convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The downside is the up charges for early check in and late check out. We triex to check in 20 minutes early and could not because we wiuld not pay the $25 fee. Oddlly we will check out 2 to 3 hours before 11AM but will not get a discount for leaving early."

"Some of the recent reviews about dirty rooms, cold showers and pool issues had me concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and the a/c worked well without being obnoxiously loud like some places I’ve stayed. The shower water was plenty warm and stayed that way for everyone’s shower. "The room was the perfect size for what we needed. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked with utensils and cookware. Everything worked. There was only one usb specific outlet, but a ton of outlets throughout the room. The breakfast was changed up a little bit during the days we were there. Relatively quiet stay. "

"Well we were upgraded to a better room #333.... 3 tv's would not turn on, at all. So we were switched to another #230. Okay no problems, understanding lady at front desk, came to our aid, but couldnt get any tv to turn on."
