"Pool was closed, they had a hard time getting us in our room, the room itself had a horrible smell. Couldn't get moved to another one."

"Entered room to 2 used towels (1 in shower and 1 hanging behind bathroom door), no clean towels and a stained bedspread. Immediately reported to staff at front desk, received towels for the night but did not receive any additional towels or any evidence of housekeeping staff in our room. No one came to take dirty towels out either. Stayed 3 nights and had multiple rooms and none of us had any housekeeping services. Hotel was packed due to graduation in town. "For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking."

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Only coffee available. Coffee usually empty after 1 cup. Staff available to make more but takes them a while to make it. Things available for purchase if you want something simple to grab."
