"The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use.

"I was awoken by a false fire alarm in the middle of the night that went on for 5-10 minutes, after which I could no longer sleep. The phone is the room was not operational, hair drier was not present, no coffee available in the room even though coffee maker was present, and the toilet was barely flushing. "Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. The cleaning staff had come in and taken away all the hand towels, probably they were needed in another room.

"The elevator is not working and I was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting was worn and not very clean. The lobby and hallway were hot. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and waffles. The steam is safe, across from an indoor mall. The bed was lumpy, but i have to admitted the sheets and towels looked brand new. For the price it's not bad for a night or 2."

"Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The hotel smelled like weed during my entire stay. It was nauseating trying to sleep with the smell seeping into my room all night. The guests next door had a shouting match both nights around 12:30 am which kept me from falling asleep until after 2 am. The continental breakfast consisted of white bread and cereal. I won’t be staying here again."

"The staff was very polite however,, the room we stayed in was pet friendly in which we were not aware of and when we arrived the smell was horrible and we were told it was because of the carpet cleaning. "Ficamos nesse hotel por causa do Busch Gardens. O parque é ótimo, mas não recomendo no frio. O hotel é bem próximo e fica numa região tranquila e muito bonita.
A cama estava muito confortável. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado, mas nos trocaram de quarto rapidamente. Atendimento ótimo. Infelizmente não me lembro do nome do rapaz que nos atendeu. Mas ele foi muito prestativo."
